cannot launch game, get splash screen then black box, THEN CRASH back to EA App

Been trying to correct since launch. I am using the EA APP and I launch Battlefield 6. The splash screen comes up, after the bar loads, I get a black box. Then it crashed back to the EA APP.

Things I have tried -

1. closed all background apps
2. clean install of my GPU driver
3. turned off everything in the exploit menu
4. Added BF6.exe and eaanticheat.gameservicelauncher.exe to exceptions in firewall
5. launched BF6.exe from the game folder as administrator
6. uninstalled and reinstalled
7. verified the files with the repair tool
8. uninstalled anticheat and reinstalled
9. deleted and reinstalled game
10. launched clean boot
11. turned off over clocking and PBO in Radeon
12. sent ea a post with no response
