cannot launch game, get splash screen then black box, THEN CRASH back to EA App

Question

Been trying to correct since launch. I am using the EA APP and I launch Battlefield 6. The splash screen comes up, after the bar loads, I get a black box. Then it crashed back to the EA APP.

Things I have tried -

closed all background apps
clean install of my GPU driver
turned off everything in the exploit menu
Added BF6.exe and eaanticheat.gameservicelauncher.exe to exceptions in firewall
launched BF6.exe from the game folder as administrator
uninstalled and reinstalled
verified the files with the repair tool
uninstalled anticheat and reinstalled
deleted and reinstalled game
launched clean boot
turned off over clocking and PBO in Radeon
sent ea a post with no response

i have never been able to play the game. i spent so much time trying to trouble shoot it that i am outside the refund period. $100 down the drain and no live support in sight

I have the same problem like a lot of other players. Have also tried every advice I found in forums. Without success.

There are so many players with the black screen problem but EA isn‘t able to fix it. Itˋs a shame!
