Urgent Complaint – Battlefield Middle East Servers High Ping Issue on PS5

Hello EA Support,

I am a Battlefield player on PlayStation 5 from Saudi Arabia / Middle East region.

Recently, the game has become extremely frustrating and nearly impossible to play because of the very high ping, unstable latency, packet loss, and constant matchmaking to distant European servers instead of Middle East servers.

The gameplay experience is no longer enjoyable due to severe lag, delayed hit registration, stuttering movement, and unstable matches. Many players in the Middle East region are suffering from the same issue.

Battlefield used to provide a much better experience in this region, but currently the servers and routing quality are making the game feel broken and unplayable on PS5.

Please urgently investigate the Middle East server status and improve server routing and matchmaking for players in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
