URGENT: Persistent Matchmaking Timeout / Backend ID Mismatch - Stuck for 6+ days
Hi,
I have been completely locked out of multiplayer due to a persistent matchmaking timeout error the second I try to join a lobby. I have been in contact with EA Support, but I am stuck in a Tier 1 loop where agents keep asking me to troubleshoot.
This is clearly a server-side profile/authentication block or routing issue, not a local problem. I need a Community Manager to escalate my account for a backend profile refresh.
Here is the complete list of advanced troubleshooting I have already performed:
Network, System & Security:
Router completely rebooted.
Updated all GPU, chipset, and network drivers.
Disabled and re-enabled (restarted) Secure Boot in BIOS to comply with EA AntiCheat.
Repaired and completely reinstalled EA AntiCheat.
Verified Windows Firewall and Antivirus exclusions for all related apps.
Game & Launcher:
Downloaded the 1.3.3.0 patch, followed by a complete uninstall and clean reinstallation of the game.
Verified file integrity via Steam.
Clean restarts of PC, Steam, and EA App.
Verified neither Steam nor EA App are running as Administrator to prevent permission conflicts.
Account & Synchronization (Token Reset):
Unlinked my Steam account from my EA account via the website to break any corrupt data loops.
Relinked Steam from inside the EA App to force a fresh authentication token.
Enabled Steam Overlay globally and specifically for BF6.
Launched Singleplayer/Story mode to force the system to terminate any "ghost" lobby sessions.
Could a CM please escalate this to Tier 2/Technical Support to clear my backend data? My local setup is 100% verified. Thank you.
