Used XP boosts, but no progression XP

I used up most of my boosts, but I ended up with 0 xp after the matches. I was using Boosts on Thursday between 200-330 pm CST. Can I get my xp boosts back?

Yellow dots.
Please remove the yellow dots from the weapons in the loadout screen and make yellow dots only appear on items that have not yet been checked..
