Verification Codes not sending

Bro I’m having the exact same issue. Everything I have on my account is right but it’s still not sending. And the text message number they have for me to select is an old number. Which isn’t even on my ea account info! I even tried to talk to a live agent and they literally disconnected on me while I was explaining to them what was happening. Let me know if you find anything out about this issue. I’m lost too!
