Verify Identity Issue

I'm having a verify my identity issue, with a prompt from EA to send me a code to email tc*****@supere.ml or to a mobile app authenticator (which I don't use). I've cleared my cache, reset my router, and troubleshooted as much as I can on my end.  I'm on Xbox Series X.   Issues started with the patch on Nov. 20.

  • I've put in 3 requests for help.  This isn't a solution.  somehow my acc. is linked to a bs junk spam email @supere.ml.  No idea how to unlink it.  and was also unable to create a new acc.

3548f7188c5893fd if EA support can't help you unlink an EA account from your Xbox account. Then you'll need to create a new EA account and Xbox account.

Two factor authentication and strong passwords should help prevent someone breaking into your account. I use a password manager that generates passwords which look like h6i&Z9q@KTb.

Password databases are downloaded and then run through offline password hashers like John the Ripper. Easy to guess passwords are guessed within seconds.
