Hi, I was trying to join a party with some friends and whenever I joined the party I couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear me. I went though settings to the sound tab and made sure everything was correct and it was and it still didn't work. I went onto the PS5 general settings and those were right and it still doesn't work. The mic and headset are good, I checked, but battlefield 6 has a voice chat problem bug somewhere.
So the only way I’ve been able to fix this issue, was to turn off the my mic in the bf6 settings. Then close the game and restart it. Once I’ve restarted it I turn the mic back on in the settings.
it worked for a minute just now and the stopped when I played with the settings so maybe just set it and forget it for now.
my mic was working just fine for like 55 hours of play time and the suddenly stopped.
im having the same issue on ps5, voice chat just wont work. all settings are good can even see that its picking up my voice in the settings but cant hear or speak to anyone in my team or friends when I join party. has anyone got a fix for this yet?
I have 2 headsets. Sony Inzone H9’s and Corsair Virtuoso Max… Corsair works in BF6 just fine, buy my headband is loose and it’s annoying to balance them on my head. I bought Inzone H9’s and mic don’t work on BF6 . And it is specific to that game as it works in other games I play. Wtf man
Anyone resolve this? This is so frustrating. They can hear me but I can't hear them and all i see is the bubble.
It's driving me mad. All the videos I see on bf6 settings show a soundbar that pings when the guy talks, but mine just isn't there. When I change the settings it appears for a microsecond, but then nothing. So annoying
I suggest you use Teamspeak for you and your friends. Why? You don't have to put up will all the BS from other users. My friends and I have been using it for over 10 years. You can run your own VOIP server free on your own computer. Just a suggestion.
I am having the same issue, if I use the Playstation Party or Discord, chat works perfectly but in the game I can see the bubble of my team talking but I cant hear them and they cant hear me.
