Weapon challange complete but weapon still locked

So I have by some miracle unlocked SL9 but still the SCW-10 is still locked and I don't have the opportunity to unlock it since the challange is completed..... With snipers I have unlocked the last...

I have the exact same issue for the L85A3, I've done it and it's not unlocking, along side that, most weekly challenges for the battlepass I don't receive either, which means all this work to get it done is doing nothing for me, please update me on this situation if you find any fixes
