Hi, I'm having trouble claiming this week's rewards. I finished all the requirements and upgraded to BF Pro right after, but the items were never delivered to my account. Has anyone else experienced this delay after upgrading? I’d appreciate any help to get this sorted out. Thanks!
My battle pass is also locked, requiring me to get the "BF6 Pro." I never had this issue until today. I want my Battle Pass accomplishments!

If you haven’t already, please try a full restart first, then check your items again both in-game and in the Web App.
If the issue is still there after 24 hours and another full restart, I’m afraid rewards-related issues aren’t something we’re able to assist with directly here on the forums. In that case, please reach out to our support team so they can take a closer look.
