Weird Blurry sections on the screen in multiplayer?
Does anyone else getting these weird 3 blurry rectangles that stretch to each side of the screen while playing it won't go away while in game regardless of what I do?

Watched my friend play, and he also had a similar issue. For him, his bottom third of the screen would randomly blur and unblur. This affected his view model, so his hands and weapons were just constantly blurring and unblurring inconsistently. If you have TAA enabled, try disabling it and see if that fixes it.
I have the exact same issue that you have although I think I only have 2 rectangles. The rectangles above where the reticle is on the screen and I can play the game fine, but it definitely is annoying having the weird rectangular blurry sections of the screen. They are more noticeable when running. The only other instance of anyone else talking about this issue was from a forum post that seems to have been deleted from August 9th. I have tried multiple methods to try to fix this and similarly, nothing seems to work. Rarely the rectangles will go away, but I'm not sure what causes that, maybe the start of a new match?
