You need to refund everyone.

This game is so buggy. I see 10-20 crashes or dropouts or failed joins every day. Experienced either by myself or team-mates. You should probably refund $20 to every person who bought the game, including those who aren't playing anymore. And you should ask people if they don't play anymore because of the bugs, and refund them the whole cost of the game. 

This is meant to be a AAA game. I literally couldn't get an AI to make a game this buggy.
