Weird constant latency issue, / No latency in Server Browser /Official Servers

Hello guys,

Today I realised, If you go main menu and choose directly conguest. 

You always get latency icon on screen and sometimes it turns red. (I dont get any packet loss.)

If you go server browser and set region (mine europe) you dont get any latency even the server  64/64

I saw BattlefieldOfficial Conguest on server browser but it shows 135 ping for me. same always latency icon here too.

My question is :

I live in Turkey. I play these type games and get 40-50 ping , I play in europe region.

Why I get high latency on official BF6 servers, where these servers are located?

I was about change my pc because of that problem, I thought my cpu is on %100 usage. But I see there is no problem by my side. I see  server browser runs perfectly.
