Holy spam batman.
Vehicles are supposed to feel strong. If anything, all armor currently is is a horribly weak place, aside from AA tank.
Air is way too broken. Infinite 11 second flares, along with how flares break locks while they're in the air, flares from another air break lock, a single leaf breaks lock, anything and everything breaks lock, and then you add in that rockets sometimes just "nah" and don't go after the target, or even if they do go after the target they'll just "nah" and not hit it even when the target doesn't pop flares, than add in how target just has to sit still for about 2 seconds and then repairs to full health automagically....
So in short, ground vehicles are way too weak, air is way to strong, launchers suck.
