I’m about to lose it.. spent 3h with EA “agents” and chat disconnects without any resolution after an hour or so just to start it all again.
Purchased GYOT bundle, can’t access multiplayer modes like death match and others. Tried every possible suggestion, restoring licenses, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck. Please help!

Sorry to hear you’re unable to access the multiplayer modes after purchasing the Game of the Year Edition.
Since the error shows Purchase Failed, could you first contact PlayStation Support and confirm that the transaction was successfully completed on their side?
If the purchase has been confirmed, please also try restoring your licenses on PS5:
Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses
I’d also recommend restarting the console afterward and checking the game again.
