Why is the game so poor at weekends

Firstly not a great player as to be honest not my fav genre of shooter more into tactical or mil sim as opposed to arcade like this or COD.

Why is the hit reg so poor of a weekend, cant play and enjoy i lost 10/10 gun fights even though i fired first in 2 of them and the enemy was not even facing me they  just turned and 1 tapped me.

Every time this game improves something else fails. Don't start me on the spawn issue
