Winter Offensive Tier Skips

I attempted to finish the winter offensive battle pass and after numerous attempts to complete the last step, which should have been 150 credits …. And thinking it was a glitch so I attempted a handful of times to realize the game was taking credits and not giving me the last phase of the battle pass. I want my credits back!
