Wrongful Permanent Ban in Battlefield 6 and Blocked Appeal Process

I am writing this with great frustration and disappointment to appeal a permanent ban imposed on my account in Battlefield 6, which I believe is a severe error.
I have been a loyal supporter of EA games for years and have always adhered to the terms of service. I have never used any form of cheat, hack, or unauthorized software in any EA title. The permanent ban on my account came as a complete shock, as I received no prior warning or explanation via email regarding the specific violation

My ordeal began after I submitted an appeal through the EA Help portal. I initially closed the case myself in an attempt to modify and improve the content of my appeal. However, this action led to an unexpected dead end: I lost access to my ban history and found myself unable to submit a new appeal through the standard channel

Following the official guidance, I attempted to start a new case via the web form. The process instructed me to click "Send us an email" after submitting the form to complete the appeal. Unfortunately, at the final step, this crucial button was nowhere to be found on the page, effectively blocking the only appeal path available to me according to the instructions. It is incredibly disheartening to have the normal appeal process closed off through no fault of my own

I was eagerly awaiting the release of Battlefield 6 and have genuinely enjoyed playing it. To be wrongly banned from a game I love, and then to be trapped in a loop with no clear way to present my case, is deeply upsetting.
