Xbox BF6 freezes and the ln crashes completely while playing BR.

So this has happened a lot. I’m playing with a group in the team chat and in the middle of a game when the game will freeze and then ultimately crash sending me back to the Xbox Home Screen and I have to restart the game only to have it happen again. 

this only started since the season three update. I can’t even enjoy the game. What is going on???
