Xbox Connection Issue

I recently bought my son BF6 but every he tries to connect he receives error codes (attached photo) and if he patiently tries to wait it out he was able to get into queue. Varies from 2400 to 1800 to 1200 then 600 but he still gets the same error code. 

I’ve done from wireless to wired, changed DNS settings, did hard restarts for the Xbox etc. 

I play on PC and had no issues since the beta.

he has Series S and has no issues logging into and successfully connecting to other games.
