Xbox Game Crash

Spent $99 on the deluxe edition just for me to not be able to play it. Wow. I try to play the game and it crashes to the homescreen in like 5 minutes. I've tried everything to fix it and nothing will help. EA won't fix this problem either because they simply don't care.
