Xbox series S graphics issue

New issue for me. It didn't look like this the first few days I played on the series S. I went to play yesterday & today & my game looks glitchy/grainy. The map is where it is most visible, but also in the actual game, things like fences look awful, & it's harder to see enemies when it looks like this. Does anyone know how to fix this. I turned off grain, vignette & messed with a few settings but nothing seems to have helped
