XP and Weapon Mastery Progress Not Updating After Ranking Up Multiple Times.

Hello EA Team and Community,

I wanted to bring attention to a serious issue I encountered today regarding progression tracking in Battlefield 6. I spent several hours playing across various official and Portal servers, ranking up approximately three to five times during the session.

However, when I checked my profile afterward, I noticed that my Overall Score (XP) has not increased at all & it remains locked at 1.774 million XP, the same as before I began playing.

This is not an isolated occurrence. I tested multiple servers, including both standard multiplayer and Portal lobbies, and the issue persists consistently. My rank visually updates during gameplay, but the backend stats on my profile do not reflect any of the earned XP once I return to the menu.

In addition to that, I also observed that weapon mastery levels are not updating or tracking progress. Despite putting in a significant amount of playtime to level up specific weapons, none of the kills or mastery XP seem to be recording. I ensured that the servers I played on were progression-enabled and that my connection remained stable throughout, yet the problem continues.

It frustrating because all my in-game efforts, including rank progression and weapon grinding, seem to be going unrecorded. I'm concerned that this might be a server-side synchronization or stat tracking issue, possibly linked to XP updates not properly registering after matches conclude.

If possible, I'd appreciate it if EA & or the Community could investigate or let me know if they know anything about this whether there's an ongoing issue affecting XP or mastery tracking across accounts or specific regions. I'm more than happy to provide match details, timestamps, or screenshots of my session logs if needed for troubleshooting.

P.S. - This seems to happen in Multiplayer, but heavily in Community Portal Servers which is a tad bit frustrating. Hopefully if it is a bug, it may get fixed, but for now, I'd like to keep it as a technical issue until we know more. The issues listed in the-above paragraphs have been ongoing since about today and a number of people are experiencing this. Please let me know if anyone else is, etc. Thanks
