XP boosts and compensation

So during the downtime of the EA app, I was affected by the issues as well and used the workaround that people found to play portal during the downtime. I have not recieved the xp booster part of the compensation and wonder if I still am getting the compensation because yes I found something to do in the mean time, but that was due to shear luck and timing if I do not get the compensation its kinda bs when I spent over 100 dollars on the game.

sorry for the small rant but are others experiencing the same issue with the compensation?
