Frequent disconnections while playing Battlefield 6

Hello,

I am experiencing frequent disconnections while playing Battlefield 6. During matches the game suddenly shows “Unable to connect to EA servers” and then removes me from the match back to the menu. This happens multiple times per day, without lag.

Important details:
• My internet connection remains stable (continuous ping to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 and EA servers shows no packet loss).
• Discord and other services remain connected.
• My friends stay in the match; only I get disconnected.
• This happens in multiple game modes.

This error happens 4 5 6 times in 1 hour...

I have already tested different network settings, MTU changes, firewall checks, and routing tools, but the issue persists.

This makes the game extremely frustrating to play. If this problem cannot be resolved, I may need to request a refund because the game is currently not reliably playable
