Missing Pre-Order Tombstone pack bonus and Compensation pack

I am trying for a week to contact support and all I receive is copy and paste messages. No one seems able to give the compensation neither the tombstone as I did add the game to my EA account BEFORE launch. Anyone did successfully reach the support and got any of these?
