Time nugget and packetloss in south america

I’ve been experiencing packet loss in every match, and the bigger the map and the more players in it, the worse the packet loss gets. I’ve tried everything I could to fix the issue, but nothing has worked. I would like an official statement from EA because I paid a lot for a game that I can’t enjoy properly. I have a good internet connection and a solid setup, and I’ve tried using ExitLag, NordVPN, flushing DNS, updating drivers, and everything else I found online, but nothing seems to work.

 I’m considering submitting a formal refund request because it’s becoming impossible to play this game.
