Outage Compensation Delayed

Hi everyone,
On Oct 10, at release time (~5 PM CET), I tried launching Battlefield 6 but got “Multiplayer not installed” and “Purchase to play” errors—files wouldn’t download. The support website returned a 500 error, so I couldn’t report it initially. EA promised 12 Hardware Boosters, 12 Career 60-min Boosters, and the Season 2 Battle Pass (I have the Phantom Edition) as compensation for the outage. As of today, Oct 26, I’ve received nothing.
I submitted case #225290679, which was escalated by Aman on Oct 24 (status: “No actions available”). The chat is now unavailable (checked today), and there’s been no update. I’ve checked my in-game mailbox and XP Boost—still empty. 

Please help! Can a mod or EA team assist with delivering the rewards or provide an update? Thanks!
