① - Linking EA account

Hi jonnyfirepant,

In order to link a gamertag or PSN ID to your Origin account, you need to do this:

1. Log in to your Origin account

2. Click Friends -> Add a friend in the menu bar

3. The pop-up will give you the option to connect to Facebook, XBOX Live or Playstation Network. Choose your preferred option

4. Fill in your log-in details and follow the steps on screen

Honestly, I cannot find the 'friends' menu tab at all?

If you open the Origin client, It's the box at the top right of the client.

Yeah That little picture is NOT on the origin.com when you log in. 

Is it really that hard to have a single button that says LINK ACCOUNT TO GAMERTAG????

Talked to 3 people and no one on customer support can help me.

 I just want to unlink some random battlelog account thats conntected to my gamertag and connect my gamertag to a NEW battlelog acount.

I should have specified, that is inside the Origin client not the website. 

To unlink an account a Game Advisor would need to assist you with this, we can't help you with that here. 

• Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
• Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
• Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
• Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
• Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
• Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
• Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

Still why make it so hard? this is the main problem people are having. like i said before why can there be a single button under "my account" and it says "link battlelog/ origin account" click on the and then choose "xboxlive or PSN" type in gamertag and BOOM your done.

Ill try what you said but I have a strong belif it wont work.

HEY this did not work but i downloaded the client and it asking for an email and password.

Is my the email thats is connected to my Xboxlive gamertag and that password?

Is it just my email and password?

Is it my Origin email and password?

I Dont know what its asking for....
