report a network connection issue

To whom it may concern,

I’m writing to report a network connection issue I’ve been facing with Battlefield 1. I am a Chinese player who has spent more than 500 hours on this game, and this problem has only occurred recently without any prior warning. I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps like restarting my network devices and switching between wired and wireless connections, but the issue still persists.

 

Could you please help me diagnose the root cause and offer a feasible solution? Thank you for your time and support.

    A little more information would be helpful. Your computer specs, connection type ........... things like that.

    What error message do you get, what happens when you try to connect, what does your computer do when this happens. Things like that.

    Having said all that, China is reported to not be a country that plays well with gamers and game servers. You may find that your own ISP is blocking you. If you try to use a VPN then the game servers themselves may block you.

    Things to consider.
