BF1 fails to launch at all and always crashes (Error 0x186A1)
I have tried the following: Reinstalling the game fully Launching the game, anti-cheat and EA apps in administrator mode (and W8 compatibility mode) Moving the EA app to the same drive as the game install Moving the game installation from Steam to EA only Installing all of the video files (I can't remember their name) individually. Repairing the game and EA anti-cheat repeatedly. Adding the game and anything to do with EA to Windows Defender exceptions.Battlescreen stop working and Couldn't connet to Battlelog in-game.
This problem started two days ago. Everything was working fine before that. Have other Battlescreen users encountered this issue? Or has EA disabled Battlescreen? I've tried all browsers and reinstalled all software, including a clean install of Windows—but the problem persists. So it shouldn't be my issue. Additionally, I can't join servers that require a password through Battlelog because the password input box doesn't appear. It jumps directly to the server joining process and then displays "Unable to join server: wrong password." EA/DICE please fix the above issues.561Views1like20CommentsBF1
In BF1's Operations mode, we used to be able to play in a continuous loop; when the Cape Helles operation ended, the campaign would immediately restart at Cape Helles. However, they have now added the Fort Fao operation after Cape Helles and Gallipoli, which forces us to leave the game after the Gallipoli map. This is extremely frustrating because, just as we’ve built up momentum, the team cohesion and atmosphere developed during the Cape Helles match vanish instantly.“Gameplay Enhancements,
I have received a 3-day ban in Battlefield 6 for the second time. The reason given is “Gameplay Enhancements,” but I have never used any cheats, hacks, or software that provides an advantage. I have not done anything that would give me an unfair benefit. The first time, I read that XP farming lobbies could cause issues, but I didn’t do anything like that either. This time, I received another 3-day ban, and then I noticed that the 3-day ban was automatically increased to 6 days. Isn’t that ridiculous? You get banned for no reason, and then EA basically says, “Wait, let’s add another 3-day ban” :D I contacted support and talked to live support. They told me that the TOS team would provide information within 10 days. Waiting 10 days for a 3-day ban is honestly absurd. It has already been 1.5 days since I contacted support, and I still haven’t received any response. Thank you, EA. Everything is perfect as always.Solved161Views0likes8CommentsBattlefield 1 crashes
Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing a persistent issue with Battlefield 1 where the game crashes silently immediately upon launch (screen goes black for a second and returns to the launcher) since the recent EA Anti-Cheat update. I am launching the game via Steam/EA App on a modern Gigabyte laptop. Here are my system specifications: CPU: Intel Core i5-12500H RAM: 40 GB OS: Windows 11 (Core Isolation / Memory Integrity is turned OFF) Laptop Model: GIGABYTE Series I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps with no success: Completely reinstalled the game and verified file integrity on Steam. Fully reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat from the game directory as an Administrator. Cleared the EA App cache and re-registered the anti-cheat service. Disabled antivirus/firewall software during launch. Confirmed that Memory Integrity (Core Isolation) is fully disabled in Windows settings. Please note that other EA titles, including Battlefield V, Battlefield 6 , and FC 26, run perfectly fine on this exact same system without any crashes. This indicates that the issue is strictly isolated to the recent Battlefield 1 anti-cheat implementation. The issue seems to be a kernel-level conflict between the EA Anti-Cheat driver and the firmware/Kernel DMA Protection on this specific hardware configuration, causing the game to close silently without generating any error codes. Could you please investigate this compatibility issue for Gigabyte laptops with 12th-gen Intel processors? Thank you,Missing reward
Hello to everyone! As usual I don't use forums or contacting support via email because of slower replies as in the chat, but for some reason I can't use it right now. So, I started replaying singleplayer campaign in BF1, but now at 100%. First warstory completed, I have my skin reward, but after completing second one I had notification of unlocking skin, but I can't choose it, so I didn't receive it. P.S. maybe someone had this too: BF1 is the only of my BFs where I didn't get veteran dogtag. I chated with support many times years ago, but everyone said that he can't give ingame content (but one advisor game me CTE Veteran dogtag and tried to prove me that he gave me VETERAN dogtag and case was solved, by the way I hadn't CTE). Dear technical support, if you have ability to give some dogtags, so I think you can give the others?Where are servers in EU - Empty or 300 in ping - bug?
Hi, I live in Scandinavia and have 500/500 mbit internet connection. I've always had 15-20 full servers with ~30 in ping. So quite good stat for playing. Using PC with powerful hardware + fully updated Windows OS + powerful router. Wifi signal is strong and downloading speed yields a lot of megabytes per second. I don't know what happened lately with either Windows 11, the EA app after updates or the Battelfield 1 app, but I get MAX 1 or 2 playable servers when refreshing. Not using any filters. Playing other games e.g. Hell Let Loose, gives lots of servers with low latency. But in Battlefield 1, suddenly every server has either 300 in latency/ping with no players, or 1-2 servers with 2 players and the other one 60+. It does not make sense. Number of players one hour ago was 5,882 according to Steamcharts.. Any one else experiencing the same? I noticed this a month ago, but this still persist, hence the post.48Views0likes4Comments
