Unable to start BF1
Hello i have an issues with my Battlefield1 to start it on my pc Before it was running perfect no lags no glitches, but one day, automatic update popped out once i was starting a game. when i want to start battlefield1 after javelin anti cheat loads up to 100percent, and suddenly everything switches to main EA app menu, no error messages no nothing. Anyone know how to sort it out. I tried to uninstall actual game and EA app, redownloaded first time started ok, after that again stopped tried to repair javelin anti cheat still no result. Any ideas?

I'm aging myself. Did anybody else here play 2142? I never got to. My PC at the time was subpar. I only played BF2 Modern Combat on Xbox. I miss that game. Would fans of the franchise today think it cool if EA ported 2142 to console? So many PC games have been ported to Xbox with that Retro package they have now, along with past PC titles. I started thinking how cool it would be to see 2142 pop up in Xbox marketplace. Though, I can't form an opinion on the game. I can only say I thought the previews looked really cool. I'm not patient enough to mod or emulate anything on a PC today :) Just want to plop down, lazy, in front of the tube and play on a console. Watching this intro to the game, really puts a hole in my gaming universe :) It's the only one in the franchise I haven't played. The gaming mechanics compared to today's gaming, might make it clunkier? Is that a good word? Slower? I don't think I'd mind. Battlefield 3 (Steam) doesn't work 17 Sep update.
Cannot play Bf3 after update, which was received in Steam on 17 Sep. ~3 hours before update I played fine, but right after update - battelog works, but I can't enter campaign or multiplayer, error screenshot attached. Could someone help on this? I tried many ways to fix it, including new windows profile creation (windows 11). Nothing helps... Log file is also attached: 09:29:31 - attempt to launch campaign; 09:29:47 - timeout error.
Battlefield 1 Disconnects Every 1–2 Minutes on EA App Version
Hi everyone, I own two copies of Battlefield 1, one on Steam and one on the EA app. The Steam version works perfectly fine, with no connection issues whatsoever. However, when I launch the EA app version, I get disconnected from the game every 1–2 minutes due to a connection error. There are no bans or restrictions on my account. I've tried reinstalling the game multiple times, repairing the game files, and following all the official and community-recommended troubleshooting methods I could find, but nothing has fixed the issue. Since the Steam version works without any problems, I'm wondering if this could be related to the EA app version or something specific to my EA account. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated. NOTE: I REALLY TRIED EVERY SOLUTION IN FORUMS, AI, OFFICIAL TROUBLESHOOTINGS ETC.

Battlelog server joins (requestSource EALocalHostSvc) enter proxiedLaunchGame without redirecting to Steam, so no EASteamLauncher is running to receive LaunchGameInfo; launch times out with ProxiedLaunchTimedOut, processId 0. A launcher started via steam://run during the wait sits in WaitingForLaunchGameInfo and shuts down on the timeout. Client-initiated launches do redirect via steam://run/1238820//. Previous client 13.686 Link2EA asserted on the new steam2ea:// URL at update time.

None of these have worked. Other games like Battlefield V, Battlefield VI, Need for Speed Heat, and Titanfall 2 all launch and run without any issues. I am unable to find any working solution for this error on the forums, so I hope official support can help investigate. I purchased the game on June 21 and have only logged 26 minutes on Steam (according to Steam's playtime counter). To now, I have never successfully entered the game even once. My system: Windows 11 Pro 24H2 x64, Intel i5-12400F, RTX 4060 8GB, 32GB RAM, DDR4, zh-CN.
BF1 10th Anniversary - Make Unobtainable Weapons Earnable Again
BF1 is almost 10 years old and I think DICE should give it one final update to make the weapons that aren’t obtainable anymore earnable again. There’s a bunch of weapons and melees that you can’t get anymore because they were part of old events, promotions or preorders. They could add new assignments for them, put the melees in Battlepacks or the Exchange, or with a little more effort they could even make some Easter eggs for them. Some of the Operations melee weapons are technically still obtainable, but they depend on Operations Campaign Battlepacks, which can sometimes be unreliable to earn. It would be great to make those reliably earnable again too. Operations campaigns could be updated to automatically change each week. There are also a few developer/unreleased weapons already in the game that could be really cool to finally make available for the 10th anniversary. I think after 10 years there should be a way for everyone to earn the gameplay content in the game. Especially new players who never had a chance to get this stuff. I posted this idea on the BF1 subreddit and it got over 800 upvotes, so there seems to be a lot of support for it. They don't need to make new content or a big update. Just one final update that makes the complete BF1 experience available for current and future players. They could also make the exchange update automatically each week instead of relying manual updates. Weapons that are no longer normally obtainable: BFV Enlister weapons Fedorov-Degtyarev BAR M1918A2 M1919 SMG Mosin-Nagant M38 Carbine M1911A1 Melee weapons Arditi Dagger Coupe Coupe Barbed Wire Bat Ararebo Operations Campaign dependent French Butcher Knife Russian Award Knife Russian Axe Developer/unreleased weapons that could be anniversary additions C96 Export Howdah Sweeper M1903 Silencer For the old event weapons, new permanent assignments would probably make more sense than trying to bring the old Community Missions back. This should be relatively straightforward and could be implemented rather easily. It would be awesome to see BF1 get one last update for its 10th anniversary and leave the game in a state where someone who starts playing years from now can still work toward the 100% complete arsenal.
