Нужна помощь!!СРОЧНО!

Нужна помощь, вообще как связаться с разрабами или с теми кто может объяснить ситуацию. Регулярно (70-80%) после входа в игру выкидывает вот с такой байдой.
ОШИБКА
Игра отключена: вы были исключены PunkBuster. Указана причина: PunkBuster kicked player 'd1n1k' (for 0 minutes) ... No Packet Flow.
У меня вопрос, накой черт, Я заплатил почти 2к рублей, чтобы регулярно наблюдать эту ошибку? Пинг нормальный ФПС играбельный.
А эта нелепая система помощи от АЕ это вообще атас, столько писем, запросов отправлено а толку нет, ни ответа ни привета, получается заплатил за игру, ну и мучайся сам. Кто может подсказать как 100% связаться с ответственными людьми напишите пожалуйста на мыло без тире d-1-n-1-k-собака маил.ру
