Have you already tried to delete and re-install Battlefield 4 on your console? To do so, head to your Battlefield 4 icon on your PS4, press the option button on your controller and choose "delete application".

Regarding the game save campaign deletion this is actually a Sony issue and not an EA issue. Sony announced that it is aware of the issue and working on a fix that will be pushed out in a future PS4 firmware update since it not only affect BF4 but Assassin's Creed IV, COD Ghosts, NBA2K14, etc on PS4. Unfortunately Sony did not provide an ETA for the Fix.
