Hi @go7roo7 I see that you've already tried the command prompt thing (which would have been my first suggestion), updating Origin and several other fixes from Battlelog, here and other sites.
Did you try reinstalling Punkbuster and adding BF4/Titanfall to it? I've seen mentioned a few times that Punkbuster can cause this prob.
-Reinstall Punkbuster.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 and select pbsv.exe . Choose 'reinstall'

Let me know how you get on and if you get it working again.
I forgot to mention, yes I did do that. I updated PB for both BF4 and TF. / Reinstalled PB several times
This error randomly started up, I was playing fine last saturday and by mid day it began. To this day I have not been able to get it fixed.
BF3 however still works fine...so I guess I have that going for me..

@go7roo7 this is a weird one. And its hard to find much more info on fixes other than the ones you've tried.
When you uninstalled/reinstalled Origin did you restart your PC for the changes to take effect?
Taken from TartFlavor on http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/FHn1s/battlefield-4-beta-help
1. Open your Origin Application settings
2. Scroll to the bottom and make sure "Update to the beta version when available" is UN-TICKED
3. Go to http://www.origin.com/download and download the origin client
4. Fully close Origin if you still have it open
5. Run the origin install you just downloaded 6. It will say you have a newer version installed or some **bleep** - Click "Yes" you want to install the new version and overwrite the previous install.
7. Once it's finished installing, give your computer a reboot"

Yes, I found the thread with those instructions and followed them. No avail.

@go7roo7 its been suggested to me by one of the EA community managers that this issue may be Origin related and some registries are blocking you from your games.
You should delete all Origin files from your PC in order to re-install the Origin client.
Heres the steps involved:
