@go7roo7 this is a weird one. And its hard to find much more info on fixes other than the ones you've tried.
When you uninstalled/reinstalled Origin did you restart your PC for the changes to take effect?
Taken from TartFlavor on http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/FHn1s/battlefield-4-beta-help
1. Open your Origin Application settings
2. Scroll to the bottom and make sure "Update to the beta version when available" is UN-TICKED
3. Go to http://www.origin.com/download and download the origin client
4. Fully close Origin if you still have it open
5. Run the origin install you just downloaded 6. It will say you have a newer version installed or some **bleep** - Click "Yes" you want to install the new version and overwrite the previous install.
7. Once it's finished installing, give your computer a reboot"
Yes, I found the thread with those instructions and followed them. No avail.

@go7roo7 its been suggested to me by one of the EA community managers that this issue may be Origin related and some registries are blocking you from your games.
You should delete all Origin files from your PC in order to re-install the Origin client.
Heres the steps involved:

Thank you, I will try this fix this today and get back.
Is this registry issue something that affects all games? Like I stated BF3 playes perfectly fine, but BF4 and titanfall dont ( same error code)

Honestly, go7roo7, I honestly haven't a clue. Its an unusual problem that I haven't come across before until you posted!
But if it works please come back and let us know.
