0 HP issue Xbox One

Ok so what's been happing lately When I play is I go about shooting someone with any automatic weapon they kill me and there HP shows as 0%. That is very frustrating because I know I killed the person and they dont die. Its happened with numerous weapons there always automatic. Any one eles on here having the same issue?

    Hi, this is a known issue on pc as well (probably all platforms) and is worked on.

    I have got it on Xbox 360 but other than that exactly the same problem as you do.

    Worse thing is it is ticked off as FIXED in their last game update! It's worse than pre update ☹️
