0 HP issue Xbox One

Ok so what's been happing lately When I play is I go about shooting someone with any automatic weapon they kill me and there HP shows as 0%. That is very frustrating because I know I killed the person...

    Hi, this is a known issue on pc as well (probably all platforms) and is worked on.

I have got it on Xbox 360 but other than that exactly the same problem as you do.
