1 Bar Ping
When I've come to play on BF4 tonight (Xbox One), the first time in a few days and after downloading premium and all the maps. I have one bar connection to europe servers, however even when I play the East US servers with full bar ping it's still laggy. I have a 20ms ping, 70mbps download and 20mbps upload. Is this my issue or a known issue, and how can I fix it?

This problem is known and it being fixed soon.
As for the network issues you can try these simple steps, for some this has solved similar issues for other players.
Try this on your internet modem / router
1) Log into your modem / router
2) Turn OFF UPNP.
3) Turn off PC UPnP Service
4) Press: Windows-button a window should pop up. Write: services.msc then press enter.
5) In the list of services, scroll down to UPnP Device Host click it and press Stop service. Now do the same thing but with the service & SSDP Discovery
6) Exit the window and go to control panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Centre > Change advanced sharing settings under network discovery, select to turn off network discovery then Save your changes
Please enable the following online ports on your connection
TCP: 53, 88, 3074
UDP: 53, 88, 3074
