Hey @CrimsonSpeed14,
you said you are encountering an error. Would you mind sharing the error message with us, if there is any? That might help narrowing down the issue.
Make sure you have enough space on your console and use a wired connection, we'll be here waiting for an error message.
@CrimsonSpeed14 What is your disk space? If you want to ensure that the download is normal, please keep the remaining space above 50g

@Assassinatorgrz, my BF1 on PS4 is >100GB now 😉
@CrimsonSpeed14, you could try to pause and then resume your download if there´s enough free space.
@Ourumov13 My understanding is that he updated the game with errors, rather than downloading the game

@Assassinatorgrz, OK, but as a first time buyer he must have installed the game first, maybe that´s why his HDD might be full now.
We´ll have to wait until he gives us an update about his situation 🙂
@Ourumov13 Yes, in any case, you should make sure that the bigger the hard disk space is, the better
- Anonymous8 years agoHey guys! Heres the deal. When I install my BF1 it consumes 48gb. Then i check my storage. I have 120gb free of space for the update. But its still stopping at 1.846gb ☹️
- Anonymous8 years agoAs for the error. Its says. When it stops downloading at 1.846gb i cant remember the code but it means that it is corrupted. The update data file is corrupted.
- Anonymous8 years agoAfter 1.846gb the numbers are replaced by a '-' after that its says cannot download. CE-36244-9 Data is corrupted.

@CrimsonSpeed14, please try to rebuild your database:
Have you set your console as primary PS4 (PSN/account management)?
