2xp period reset rank [FOR DICE]
I was told by a representative to post my questions here. I ranked from colonel 30 to colonel 100 in a span of around 40 to 50 consectutive hours, but keep in mind at the start of 2xp period i was level 30. At the end i was 100, and had about 22,000 kills. I got on this morning and at the end I didn't see 2xp period bonus, so it was whatever, and I decided to look at my beloved 100 on my stats, but to my suprise there was the same two numbers I started at. 30. This makes me angry because my other account had been reset by a support chat that didnt explain by deleting my battlelog i would be reset. I am sure i am not the only one who has this problem. On my battlelog it shows 30 and shows i have 9000 some kills, and then at the bottom it shows like 23000 kills which is what I was at and shows i have 26million plus score. Please fix this dice, or you will lose a player. :[ ive been a battlefield player since bad company 2. Thank you.
