however, everyday, and constantly I'm getting "Website not availible" when trying to get that specifik file!

The rest of the site and other files are fully availible, but this one is nessesary to open that f***** window

where you add BF4..

The file downloads just fine. You just have to go to http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php and click the link to download it.
