4th floor dogtag
What is going on with this. It seems like half of the community has it and nobody knows what they did to get it or how to get it.

Seems to be for taking part in the BF Hardline beta....
It has something to do with playing the hardline beta.
If you played the beta, you should have it soon.
I have BF4 on PS3 and PS4. I participated in the BF Hardline Beta for PS4, but I do not have the tag.
So kinda confussed here, another glitch? Kinda feels ...
Some weird glitch, Its only a dogtag so its nothing too bad at the moment.

i have it don't know how or why but i have it ,i did take part in the hardline beta i did go upto the 4th floor on one of the maps also went upto the 4 th floor on dragons teeth map gargage dont know if this is relevent
- I have it without hardline beta participation.
I want to know something though, I used the hardline Beta on my current Origin account but my cuz my one with BF4 got hacked, but if I buy BF4 again do you think I would get the dog tag since it's on the same account I used in the beta?
You get the 4th Floor dogtag by completing the previous 3 Phantom assignments!
- This dogtag was out before hardline was a beta, perhaps even before we even knew about hardline.
