What is going on with this. It seems like half of the community has it and nobody knows what they did to get it or how to get it.

i have it don't know how or why but i have it ,i did take part in the hardline beta i did go upto the 4th floor on one of the maps also went upto the 4 th floor on dragons teeth map gargage dont know if this is relevent
