4th floor dogtag
What is going on with this. It seems like half of the community has it and nobody knows what they did to get it or how to get it.

This dog tag may be glitched for some players, or you may have signed up for the beta without knowing it on Battlelog or the Battlefield website.
It may be fixed in the future and removed from your dog tag inventory, but for now the dog tag will remain on your soldier until further notice.

- I haven't played BF hard line, but I have done the Phantom project. I did not even sign up for Hardline. I suspect it has something to do with phantom project, due to the Phantom projects 'Hacking theme' and the tag is a credit card? I am not sure but hope this helps in finding what the true secret is!
I want to know something though, I used the hardline Beta on my current Origin account but my cuz my one with BF4 got hacked, but if I buy BF4 again do you think I would get the dog tag since it's on the same account I used in the beta?
I DON'T HAVE THE DOG TAGS but hear is a few things to note:
1. I have BF 4 6. I am not done with any Phantom assignments but close to be
2. I have Premium
3. I own BF Hardline and I played the beta
4. I'm rank 65 in BF 4
5. I'm not in CTE but about to be
