70FPS to 11FPS after a power outage!?! HELP!?!

The past year and a half ive gotten 60FPS (worst case) to 120FPS (Best case) in all 64 player Servers on Ultra graphics. Well, 2 days ago a power outage made my PC flash off and on 3 times in a row and when I turned it back on I got a Msg saying somehting to with the overclocking nto working properly ro something so i restarted and  got no msg, but when I went to play 64 player rush as I always do, it took forver to load, then I could barley move to play for first time ever, i did a test and it said im getting 11-20FPS on ULTRA, I put it on Low graphics and get 60FPS (all other settings dont work either, only low). I CHECKED ALL SYSTEMS, im at 4 GHz, all 8 cores working, its nice and cool, every device is working "properly"....PLEASE HELP!?!?

@xStalKeRx187Hmm, it definitely sounds like something got damaged. Can you try a clean reinstall of your card drivers, hopefully that helps.

It sounds like you're on a desktop, is that correct?

Do you have any other games with modern graphics that you can use as a test? It will be interesting to see if it's only BF4 that's affected.

    Thanks.

@xStalKeRx187 Got your PM, try the suggestions above by David/Basti, does sound like something may have gotten damaged which isn't good. Do you have your PC plugged directly into the wall or into a power bar surge protector? Try to pull the battery out of your motherboard / if it has a reset button press it to reset all your bios settings as well. Make sure everything is default and stock settings and try that to see if you still have the same issue.

I also merged the reply from your other thread here, so its easier so people aren't answering you on the same question in multiple topics.
