A lot of problems in the game...

Hello,

I just download the game to origin and I have a lot of problems.

First of all, I brought this game. I didn't download the game from the web.

The problems:

1) A lot of lags in the multi. I have a great wifi at home. I don't know what is the problem.

My ping is 59-70. I always get an alert in the side of the screen of 4 squares. What is this alert?

2)The guns shoot very slowly! It's impossible to kill some one! Why?

3) The game is very slowly. In the multi and in the single. What can I do?

I didn't have those problems on the beta. All those problems started 2 months ago in BF4...
