It is literally impossible to try again :/. When I go back to the mcom it is red, meaning i've "completed" it and if I go stand on the balcony on giant's shadow, the pigeon simply doesn't come anymore, no matter how long I wait.
I've now also done Conflict, Omen, Angel sighting and belly of the beast and haven't received any dog tags. Weirdly enough, I got the ascension skin.

/Atic@EA_Atic I myself am having this same issue with the missing dog tag, and after contacting the "Contact us" support all they could do is say "We can't fix it" and pointed me here.
Is it just a case of passing the blame to one another, isn't there someone who's job it is to fix these issues? If there is I'd like the info to be able to report the bug to them.- @YMB9Shinzou I don't believe EA Help can provide the Easter Egg rewards.
