@EA_Atic I myself am having this same issue with the missing dog tag, and after contacting the "Contact us" support all they could do is say "We can't fix it" and pointed me here.
Is it just a case of passing the blame to one another, isn't there someone who's job it is to fix these issues? If there is I'd like the info to be able to report the bug to them.

If you're standing on the wrong part of the windmill the bird will miss you, but still play the sound. Used to happen to people all the time when I was still decoding morse for others on the BFEE Discord.
It'd probably worth going back to Giants Shadow and waiting for the pigeon to arrive. When you see it flying in, ADS at it and make sure you're lined up with the flightpath.
