AA Handheld Launchers need to be Improved! "why havent they?"

I know this is an older game but the AA handheld launchers in this game need to be improved. When all people have to do to be good in a jet is use basic skills to be able to go 80 to 2 and have total...

    Hi @abc1647947060 Sorry to say that there won't be any further updates to Battlefield 4, so no changes like this would be made unfortunately.

A sure-fire counter to these 'untouchables' :
I fly a Scout with AA Lock-Ons at high-altitude , center map .
Most Swoop Bombers loops are down-and-in and then up-and-out , meaning they hardly ever see me up there , but I'm watching them the WHOLE time .
Their low-alt 'escape flare' leaves them open to my high-alt Lock-On .
Done right , this counter totally disables their rinse-repeat .

Curiously , if I'm up there doing this , it works best if someone down on the ground is actually causing their low-alt flaring .
Keep firing .
