I'm on vacation atm and logged in on battlelog to chat with friends and then i suddenly realized that my account was reset to lvl 1! Why is that? I have NEVER EVER cheated or boosted, i need answers!!

After waiting the 2 weeks, only to find that i recieved an email regarding the TOS (Terms of Service) of Battlefield 3 a couple of days ago, Violation of hacking, aim bots, cheating stat padding etc... This clearly states no matter how much you try your best with EA/DICE when they say they know about the issue and have there developers on the matter (lying), They simply cant be bothered to sort it out and just send you the lovely TOS violation email saying if you do stat pad, use aim bots etc... again you will be banned from Battlefield 3 with the account you are using. Why would they say your cheating to boost your score, As when you get to rank 45 you have unlocked all the general unlocks and you can also purchase all the weapons/upgrades for every vehicle and kit. What EA/DICE should really concentrate on is the people that have clearly cheated, By looking at the global leaderboard and viewing the stats of the rank 100's. There is simply no point buying a game to cheat on it (especially buying the unlock weapons/upgrades for kit and vehicles) as it defeats the whole point of the game. As my accoutn got reset, 2 days ago i were rank 24, as of now i am rank 43. This is all legit and all i have been playing from rank 24 to 43 is conquest domination (not to mention it is double XP week for premium members) so my average score looks ridiculous at the moment, until double xp week ends then it will decrease. So it shows just how easy it is to rank up, so why would I want to cheat ?

Hello hunterrus55, the assigment progress is currently disabled and will be back on the Armored Kill release on the 4th September.

this is the ELECTRONIC ARTS ANSWERS forum snt it?should you not be able to provide ANSWERS?are you NOT EA?

I would like to know if there is any way to know why my stats were reseted about 10 days ago. I have contacted to EA support several times and I always get the same answer "This is an common issue an our developers are working on fix this problem" which I'm starting thinking it is lie. I really appreciate if you can help me.

With the launch of Premium, users are able to reset their stats.

Are you sure you didn't select Reset My Stats from the stats screen?

Yes im sure i did not pres on "reset my stats". And even if i would've presed on it, it would not reset my lvl, unlocks etc

Its probably because you go thought with a hack or something, or because someone got on to your account and did something to it.

I dont know what is going on?
My BF3 all time statistics go back to 0. And my 100 stars demote to rank 2. I dont know what is going on ? i was banned? I dont know why,I think maybe some admin banned me or some player reported me .But i can only say I AM NOT **bleep**ING CHEATER!!. If any guys do not trust me , Just check my goddamn game video, Some admin told me they are omnipotent,They can check my game video and any situation even 30 min ago!So tell those stupid admin to check my game video,I do not maken ant mistaken,But some stupid guy banned me time and time agian cause i killed those guys to much time.So they said i was a cheater.I just wanna my all time statistics like KD ; LEV ;AWARDS anything back, Everone has a good side, like someone good at CS ,Why i cant be good at BF3 ?????? I spent 500 hours or more on BF3 and some guys banned me even no Warning, It was fair to me.And i already decide to buy the new Medal of honor, But now i have to cancel this idea cause this damnthing.that`s all, Thank u .

That really stinks. I know that DICE does do some extensive research before stat wiping people, but if you feel that you did not pad your stats or cheat in any way, then I'm sure you can find a way to dispute it. Just to let you know though, a server admin is just a player like you and me, not a DICE or EA employee so they can't get your stats wiped, however they can ban you from their server.
