Account Reseted
I loged today on Battlelog, and my account was reseted, just like when you start the game. Now i am Rank 0, why? Can i take my stats back? My Battlelog profile: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/s...
People are investigated upon reports by other players, the more reports a player gets the higher he'll be on the list. The DICE Anti-Cheat Team is collecting thousands of reports on a daily basis. Your case looks a lot like you boosted to me and all the other people I asked today, all of them are either in community staff positions or are Battlefield Veterans.(Just going by statistics) Even if you paid for your game and your server, you agreed to EA rules by ticking the box, every game or sports has it's own rules and the players have to stick to them.
EA is a company that gives other companies money to produce games(Publisher), of course they are all about money, the more money games generate - the more can EA give back to the gaming industry. Besides that have you ever noticed how much EA gives to the Community? All the community managers are here because they DO care about us, EA rented a lot of space at the Gamescom 2012 that was exclusively for invited Community members. We had the chance to hang out all day with guys like Gustav Halling(Lead Designer@Battlefield 3), they weren't just there because it's their job, you noticed very quickly that the DICE guys truly love videogames.
why would someone want to cheat though when they have paid good money for a game? it defeats the object of the game. As we have mentioned god knows how many times about the 50,000 points recieved. I played the game as it was intended to play, only 1 other joined my server and that is not my problem. i captured flags as i wanted to win the round as did the opposition. If more people would have joined more chances of killing (self explanitory), A big gaming company same as other companies bring out games that have been tested and there fine for release, Yet the public are the ones who have to find these problems and report back to you guys. That is what testers are there for. I do see where you and any other EA member is coming from about my score in that round, But i had no intention to boost a mere 50,000 points. If someone would want to boost dont' yu really think they would have got a reasonable score to boost with maybe 200,000 +. How many people do you know that do not read the conditions regardless of what it is, Wether its a game, loans, credit cards? When someones account gets reset for doing something there were either unaware of or meant no harm by it is out of order, They should get an email warning them about the violation of TOS so they know in future, Then if they continue, Reset them and send a formal email regarding TOS and explanation of a ban the next time round. 50,000 points was what i thought playing legit and yet again had no intention of boosting.
Everyone wonders why people cheat in online games, but the cheating industry is huge, I think we don't need to talk about that. I'm just stating the fact that you created an inflated scoring scenario by playing with only two players for such a long period of time. You have the option to start the round when more players are online. It doesn't matter if you read and understood the contract, if you agree to it - you are bound to it. The stats reset functions as your last warning, the next step will be a permanent ban.
everything was open😕mileysad:
Hello hunterrus55, the assigment progress is currently disabled and will be back on the Armored Kill release on the 4th September.
Thank you, we will wait😕mileyhappy:
Yes we have that option to change amount of starting players, So why did EA/DICE allows the option of such minimal players then? As your saying it causes chaos, Why aint they changed it and made it minimal of 4 or 6?
They added that feature, because the community wanted it. If you are playing with your brain switched on you shouldn't get into a chaotic that causes you to get 0 kills, but 50.000 Points.
The games i own are intended for myself and the family to wind down after a day at work. There is no need to insult me by relating to the round i "thought" i fairly played and insinuating i were being numb and not having my brain in gear while playing a "game",
That brain thing wasn't really directed at you, but more on statspadders in general, we get to hear these excuses every day on the Battlelog.
I were being reasonable and stating my view on this matter.
I will agree with you that you will hear excuse after excuse and all that you hear from the public is more or less impossibloe to tell who is being genuinely honest and who is lying. They are genuine people out there that have made these mistakes unknowingly and not realised what they have actually done wrong, Until a Moderator/advisor such as your self can correct us and place us in the right direction on the correct advice given from you.
One scenario is parents buy child BF3 for xmas and then purchase premuim for him/her. They do what i did and not realise (how many people dont read between the lines) and have there stats wiped and think its just an error with the game and carry on doign what there doing to then find out they have been banned. The parents wont be too happy with the gaming company since they have purchased a game at £40 and then the premium at £40 and there now unable to use it.
I hope the childs in your example are above 16, in that case the parents are the ones that signed the contract for their childs. This still doens't change that they are bound to it.
Oh ive heard kids in game and they dont even sound 10 lol. Its justr hard for you guys to differentiate when someone has made that common error and not meant in hard by it and those who are lying.
Please refer here for infomaton on age ratings http://www.askaboutgames.com/age-rating-info/
"Age ratings ensure that entertainment content, such as films, videos, DVDs, and computer and video games, is clearly labelled for the minimum age group for which it is suitable. Age ratings provide guidance to consumers to help them decide whether or not to buy a particular product.
Previously, in the UK, age ratings for computer and video games came under two complementary systems: the voluntary European PEGI system, which stands for Pan-European Games Information, and the mandatory BBFC system, which stands for British Board of Film Classification.
Now, PEGI is the sole system used for new games. PEGI is used and recognised throughout Europe and is supported by the European Commission. Many thousands of games have been PEGI-rated since the scheme was devised and introduced in early 2003.
Essentially, the PEGI rating on a game confirms that it contains content suitable for a certain age group and above. So, a 7 game is suitable for everyone who is seven or older while an 18-rated game is deemed suitable only for adults. It is not, however, a measure of who will enjoy the game or how difficult that game is.
When buying a game for anyone under the age of 18, always look at the age rating to check it is suitable for the intended end-user."
And guys this board is for helping other members of the EA community, If you have nothing nice to say, please refrain from saying anything at all.
Thanks for that jlm1200, Im sure everyone is aware of the age rating on DVD's and Games etc... Just majority of people don't even remotely cares about the age rating, Same goes for copying movies and downloading games, movies, music.
